Personal Training One-to-One sessions are an hour long and are tailored to fit the needs of the client. Stretching, lymphatic drainage, self-myofascial release and strengthening are all utilized to help alleviate pain, correct imbalances, improve flexibility and strengthen the individual.
Sessions usually begin with stretching and self-myofascial release if needed. If fluid or congestion is present in the muscles then lymphatic drainage can be performed and taught to clients. Imbalances and form will be assessed so that tight muscles can be released and weak muscles strengthened.
