Personal Training Group Maintenance sessions are 30 minutes to an hour long and are an opportunity for the client to come in and practice form and technique with the trainer observing.  The trainer can help the client with any problems he or she may be having and offer alternative options which provide variety and increase challenges as the client progresses to new levels of mastery.

These sessions are not as structured as a regular personal training session and the focus is more on reviewing what was learned in the regular sessions.  These sessions may not be one-to-one.  There could be other clients in the session.
